Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán LPS (“LPS”) trân trọng thông báo về việc bán giải chấp chứng khoán ký quỹ của Khách hàng là người nội bộ/người có liên quan của người nội bộ của CTCP Kosy (mã chứng khoán: KOS) với các nội dung như sau:
LPS Securities Joint Stock Company (“LPS”) honorably announces of forced sale of collateral securities of the Customer as an internal person or his/her related person of KOSY Joint Stock Company (code: KOS) as follows:
1. Tên Khách hàng: CÔNG TY CỔ PHẦN ĐẦU TƯ MAVICO
Customer’s full name: MAVICO INVESTMENT JOINT STOCK COMPANY
2. Quan hệ của khách hàng với CTCP/người nội bộ: TCLQ của Phó TGĐ phụ trách Tài Chính Phạm Thị Thắng
Relationship between the Customer with the Company/ internal person: Related organizations of Ms. Pham Thi Thang, Deputy General Director in charge of Finance
3. Mã chứng khoán dự kiến bán giải chấp: KOS

4. Số lượng dự kiến bán giải chấp: 32.000 cổ phiếu

5. Thời gian dự kiến bán giải chấp: Kể từ ngày: 22/09/2026 cho đến khi thu hồi hết nợ

1. Việc bán giải chấp có thể không được thực hiện theo quyết định của LPS mà không có thông báo công khai nếu giá thị trường của tài sản bảo đảm thay đổi hoặc theo quyết định của LPS.
The forced sale may be cancelled upon sole discretion of LPS without prior notice to the public if market price of the collateral changes or upon decision of LPS.
2. Số lượng chứng khoán dự kiến bán giải chấp là ước tính tại thời điểm thông báo này, số lượng chứng khoán bán thực tế có thể tăng/giảm tùy thuộc vào giá thị trường thay đổi làm tăng/giảm giá trị tài sản bảo đảm.
Quantity of securities to be sold are estimated at the time of announcement. Actual quantity of securities sold may be more/ less due to changes in market price that increases/ decreases the collateral value.
